How to Measure Correctly

Foot Length & Width

Place a sheet of paper against a wall edge. Stand barefoot with your heel against the wall.
Mark the longest toe, measure the distance from the wall → mark = foot length.
For the width, measure at the widest point (ball area).
Comfort allowance: add 5–10 mm to your foot length (socks, end of the day).

Choosing the Right Size

Quick Decision

Round up the (length + allowance) to the next mondopoint and choose the corresponding EU size.
Between two sizes? For more space/socks, choose larger, for a very snug fit, choose smaller.
Wider Foot (≥95 mm): prefer a half to whole size larger or "Wide".

Example: Foot length 233 mm + 7 mm allowance = 240 mm → Mondopoint 240 → EU 38.
