Welcome to Razys! We strive to offer a wide selection of high quality products. Before shipping, our quality control team personally inspects each item. You can within 24 hours, cancel the order. Unfortunately, after the package is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Our customer service is always available for you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please contact us at You can return your item within 14 days after receiving it. We will always provide the best solution for our customers.


Steps to contact us:
Please email us at and describe the problem in detail, including the reason for return, along with your order number and product name. For defective, wrong or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. Please keep the picture under 2 Mb.
Our solutions:
1. Razy's Responsibility
- If our company is responsible for the problem, we will facilitate a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or replacement.
- Once we receive the item, we will offer compensation or send a replacement free of charge at our expense.
2. the responsibility of the customer
- If the customer ordered the wrong size or product, or simply wants to exchange the item, we may allow a return as well.
- In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for an exchange, and we will refund the original product cost upon receipt of the returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable.


Our warranty does not apply to products that are in the following categories
listed below: Swimwear, Underwear, Earrings, sale items and items purchased with a gift certificate/store credit. Unless Razys makes a mistake. If
Rayzs makes a mistake, we will always resolve it to your satisfaction. All returned items must be in new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original labels and original packaging intact. Gifts must also be returned or alternatively charged for. We are not responsible for failed shipments due to incorrect Addresses provided at checkout. If your package tracking reads.
"Returned to Sender" or "Undelivered", please contact us to receive/return your package to us or receive/redirect your package. We will offer to, cancel these orders and charge a cancellation fee of 7 USD if the parcel is returned to the sender and there is no error in the shipment. If this error is corrected before shipment no costs will be charged (tip: check your address carefully!).
